Presentation Folders 25 - 499

To start, simply create the file you want to use for the front and back of your presentation folder.  You can use any program that you have on your computer.  The folders are 9 x 12 with two 3" pockets one of which has a business card slot.  It is printed on 100 lb cover.

If you want to customize each folder then just add a new page to your document and change the information on the new page.  That's it!  If you customize each folder the total number of pages must be at least 25.  After 25 folders you can add as many folders as you need in single increments.  Our short run presentation folders have the following requirements:

  • The maximum image is 8 x 11 for the front and the back of the folder.  If you are printing on the front and back use one document with two pages.
  • The image you create will be printed in four color process.
  • We have created a special print driver that will turn your document into a PDF and upload it to our website.  Click here to get our print driver.
  • When you upload your file you will receive a email with the link to your proof.  You should receive your email within a few minutes.  If you do not receive one, please check your spam filter.  If you would like a physical proof the cost is $35.00 which includes postage to send the proof out by Priority Mail.
  • If you need help designing your presentation folder our graphic artists are available to assist you.  The cost is $70 per hour and most presentation folders can be designed in one to two hours.

 

Tips for creating great looking presentation folders.  This applies to the short run presentation folders only.

  1. Make sure all your images are at least 300 dpi.
  2. Everything will print four color process.  All spot colors will be converted to four color.
  3. Vignettes may not reproduce well and may have banding. 
  4. Large areas of solid colors may not reproduce well.
  5. Make sure you proof all you copy prior to uploading.

Presentation Folders of 500 or more

If you need 500 or more presentation folders then you have more options, which are listed below.

  • You can have your images or ink bleed off the folder.  See the design template for specifications.
  • They can be created in spot colors or four color process.  Special options like foil stamping can also be added.
